Account transfer from PainTrain My Health Summary to the new My Health Story

As a subscriber to the previous PainTrain My Health Summary website, you may need to update your account for the new My Health Story (MHS) system.

You should have received an email in April, 2022 notifying you of this request and outlining these instructions. If you did not receive the email, please ensure that the address hello@myhealthstory.com.au is in your address book.

To update your account to the new system, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in and visit this link or select the TRANSFER ME button below
  2. You may need to clear the browser cache as it may ‘remember’ your visit to pain-train.com.au and give you a session expired error
  3. If you encounter any problems, simply add a subscription and continue from Step 2.

Not unlike magnificent leaps and bounds, the transition from PainTrain My Health Summary to MHS stumbled on some administrative complexities… and, we do expect a couple more bumps – but we are mostly there!

Once your subscription is renewed, you will receive a welcome newsletter that contains your MHS perks.
