Here are a few F&Q’s about how MHS manages and protects your information.

MHS administrators monitor all admin logins 24/7 and all data transfer is done via SSL Certificate.
A: The MHS system reads the Words and Medical Tags users specify in the Characteristics area, and the information entered in the MHS Profile area. The information is never shared and is strictly used for administration and customising communication material so that only relevant health resources are sent to users.
MHS wants to speed up the healthcare process, not slow it down by filling user inboxes with unhelpful and irrelevant information.
Users can always opt-out from receiving healthcare resources.
MHS subscribers can opt out of receiving relevant health information.

A: Take these 5 steps:
- Set up a private email address with your existing provider that does not identify you
- Use a private email address and subscribe to MHS Premium online via a private browser window
- Enter random contact details in the form and then download the App from your App Store.
- Log in with the username and password you used to purchase the subscription online.
- When uploading documents to the Filing Cabinet, remove personal details from your health documents. You can do this with editing tools available to you on your devices.
