A: The MHS system reads the Words and Medical Tags users specify in the Characteristics area, and the information entered in the MHS Profile area. The information is never shared and is strictly used for administration and customising communication material so that only relevant health resources are sent to users.
MHS wants to speed up the healthcare process, not slow it down by filling user inboxes with unhelpful and irrelevant information.
Users can always opt-out from receiving healthcare resources.
MHS subscribers can opt out of receiving relevant health information.

A: Take these 5 steps:
- Set up a private email address with your existing provider that does not identify you
- Use a private email address and subscribe to MHS Premium online via a private browser window
- To use the MHS App, download it from your App Store.
- Log in with the username and password you used to purchase the subscription online.
- MHS does not access uploaded information, but you may wish to remove personal details from your health documents when uploading them to the Filing Cabinet.
