1 week in the life of me

Monday

Morning: Woke up with stiffness in neck and shoulders. Took a hot shower to help loosen muscles.
Afternoon: Met with colleagues for a meeting. Noticed increased fatigue and difficulty concentrating.
Evening: Attended a gentle yoga class. Felt some relief in muscle tension afterward.

Tuesday

Morning: Slept poorly, woke up with headache and general fatigue. Took over-the-counter pain reliever.
Afternoon: Ran errands and had to take breaks due to pain and fatigue.
Evening: Had a relaxing bath with Epsom salts to help ease muscle soreness.

Wednesday

Morning: Felt more rested, but still experienced muscle stiffness. Went for a short walk to get blood flowing.
Afternoon: Worked on writing an article about plant biodiversity. Struggled with fibro fog and took breaks to refocus.
Evening: Attended a virtual support group for people with fibromyalgia. Shared experiences and coping strategies.

Thursday

Morning: Woke up with widespread pain and tingling in hands. Did some gentle stretches to ease discomfort.
Afternoon: Had a productive workday but started feeling fatigued as the day went on.
Evening: Tried a mindfulness meditation session to help relax and manage stress.

Friday

Morning: Managed to get a better night's sleep. Still experienced residual muscle soreness.
Afternoon: Met with a physical therapist for a session focused on gentle exercises to improve flexibility.
