Happy hello from me, Soula, the proud founder of My Health Story (MHS).
And I’m very happy to announce an exciting new plan ahead for My Health Story – a total redesign!
The team and I have known this day was coming; after all, when isn’t a founder (and a creative director, one at that) evaluating their idea?
It’s a continuous process; it’s the ‘how long is a piece of string?’ formula. One I have embraced since 2016 when MHS was first realised into an official system.
But there comes a time when you arrive at a crossroads, thanks to technology and feedback, and you know you need to take on the big task. Just as COVID last made me realise I was at a crossroads and needed to first build an App, our achievements have now inspired action.
In the last 9 months, MHS has achieved a great deal; winners of The Runway Incubator program and finalists for Melbourne Design Week, Australia’s largest design festival. These two events alone have led to the establishment of strong connections and feedback – especially from the aged and chronic care sectors.
We have been listening; I am listening; our fantastic developers are listening; our advisory group is listening, and MHS subscribers have always responded and provided the most valuable feedback – I cannot thank you enough.
Technology is also calling, and above all, security is calling.
As we weigh up all options and features, going with an app-only system is making the most sense. It means your information is stored solely on your device, and shortly in the future that will include your desktop computer. Some users can already use MHS on their desktop.
But before we consider further changes and a refreshed system, I am making a final call to you, the MHS subscriber; the MHS Friend; or you may be the MHS follower who has been watching from afar and anticipating a collaboration.
However you engage with MHS, I would love to hear your idea/s, feedback, and input either directly or via the form below.
And thank you very much in advance!
