What a thrilling two days at the Digital Health Festival 2024 (DHF) at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre!
Soula and Theo Mantalvanos, founder and director of My Health Story (MHS), attended the event after being short-listed for the extraordinary opportunity of a booth in the Start-Up Arena.
DHF is where 7,000 people whose primary interests and work are in healthcare and progressing the industry through innovation.
In short, the DHF is the ultimate place for health-inspired ideas.
Everyone attends to either present or learn about improving the quality of healthcare. Well, some are there for both!
The MHS team was strapped to their Start-Up booth, talking almost nonstop about their patient-driven health record resource.
In the first few hours, it became apparent that the idea of individuals self-managing their health information and coordinating their care was no longer foreign—the DHF audience was well-versed on the topic and eager for a tool to help them better arm and/or understand their patients and clients.
The MHS Directors spent most of their time explaining the many features of MHS through Judy’s story.
However, MHS’s Filing Cabinet and Access Link menu areas were most impressive for clinicians actively seeking more straightforward ways to grasp crucial personal information and save important appointment minutes.
Getting the full picture of an individual’s health experience became a central topic of conversation. The MHS team demonstrated how easily and safely subscribers can handle consent to avoid liability concerns for their health teams – a critical factor for health teams and services.
MHS was given an incredible chance to assess how valuable it might be for enhancing the quality of care to the DHF audience, and it was mega!
After participating in DHF24, MHS is even more confident that it is on track to improve the quality of healthcare communication and enhance the quality of care.
Thank you, DHF!
